Why medical ethics is an oxymoron

Conflicts of interest? Dr. Mehmet Oz owns 150,000 option shares in vaccine technology company

If someone goes on national television and tells others to take vaccines (vaccines which he admitted his own children will not be getting!), is it ethical for them to hold a vested interest in vaccines which he does not reveal?
