What part of religious freedom does this so-called judge not understand?

If you can quantify how free you are to practice your religion or philosophical beliefs, you don't have religious freedom. End. Of. Story

What part of religious freedom does this so-called judge not understand?

An article reported today in Reuters discusses the validation of what should be one of the most invalid laws under the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights:

Connecticut law ending religious vaccine exemptions for children is upheld

In a 2-1 decision, Circuit Judge Denny Chin said the April 2021 law contained "no trace" of hostility toward religious believers, and did not violate objectors' constitutional rights to due process and the free exercise of religion.

For the benefit of Circuit Judge Chin, I will paste in the First Amendment to the Bill of Rights below.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

It seems pretty clear to me that this Judge does not have a legal leg to stand on.

On the bright side, however, if this case is appealed to the Supreme Court and the current bench is there to hear it, it may once and for all overturn mandatory vaccinations for children full stop in the land of the used-to-be free and once-were brave.

And while we’re talking about the First Amendment, what about that freedom of speech, the press and the right to peacefully assemble that were all trampled on over the last few years? Perhaps some federal cases need to be taken on those rights as well?
