What an interesting development! After these last 2+ years, Moderna has just now decided that they would sue Pfizer for patent infringement over the use of mRNA technology used in both the Moderna and the Pfizer COVID-19 jabs!
One wonders what Robert Malone, the creator of said technology, would have to say about this lawsuit? Wonder no more!
Today, Dr Malone released a Substack article about that very subject. Entitled, Moderna sues BioNTech/Pfizer, his viewpoint needs to be read and understood. He believes that the information behind this technology - are no longer covered by patent because that protection expired some time ago.
