In a letter published in the Correspondence section of the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine entitled Duration of Shedding of Culturable Virus in SARS-CoV-2 Omicron (BA.1) Infection, it was revealed that in this small longitudinal study (66 participants) those who were jabbed and those who were boosted were shedding virus for far longer than those who were unjabbed after being infected with COVID.
