The following information is from Katie Ashby-Koppens, who, along with an esteemed legal team, has been working on the case of JULIAN FIDGE v PFIZER AUSTRALIA PTY LTD & ANOR filed in July last year.

The assertion is that both Pfizer and Moderna jabs are GMOs and were required to be approved by the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) before being injected into anyone.

The government has made an application to have this case dismissed.

Tomorrow is the day the Judge will hand down a decision as to whether this will go ahead or not.

It is vitally important that the judge in this case is aware of the huge amount of interest from the general public in their decision.
