Monsanto loses ANOTHER lawsuit regarding Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma caused by Roundup (Glyphosate)

Our government tells us that they should be in charge of our health and the health of our family. After all, they’re only doing what’s best for us, right?

That’s why they allow toxins that are banned in most countries worldwide to be used in Australia and why they enforce the injection of experimental poisons into every man, woman, child and even many animals. I’m not just speaking here about COVID jabs either since ALL vaccines are toxic, ineffective and unnecessary.

One of the most blatant examples of government democide is the continued licensing of Roundup and its generic alternatives using the main ingredient, Glyphosate.

Billions of dollars in awards so far - the potential for trillions in the future

This week, a court in San Diego in the US State of California awarded a payout of $332 million to a man who developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a form of cancer long associated with the toxic herbicide after using Roundup for many years.

At present, Bayer, the German company that bought Monsanto for $66 billion US in 2018, is offering payouts of $10.9 billion US to settle about 125,000 lawsuits for damages suffered by victims of Roundup.

This will not be nearly enough. Especially since one of the previous cases against the company on behalf of a couple who both developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma after using Roundup saw an award of $1 Billion for each individual ($2 Billion US in total).

Bankrupting the Chemical/Pharmaceutical cartel

If the current worldwide class action lawsuits against the company (currently being managed in Australia by Maurice Blackburn) and the thousands of individual lawsuits are successful, it is possible that Bayer, one of the companies complicit with the Nazi regime in Germany during the 1930s and 1940s, could be forced to declare bankruptcy.

I, for one, will be dancing on the grave of what I consider to be a murderous and immoral organisation that should have ceased operations decades ago. May Pfizer, Moderna, Astra-Zenica, Glaxo and Johnson and Johnson soon join their demise. 🙏

Joining the action in Australia

There is no cost to you to join the Australian class action lawsuit since it is being run on a no-win/no fees basis. Below is the information from the Maurice Blackburn website:

Am I eligible to join the class action?

You are eligible to register in the Roundup class action if you:

• used or were exposed to Roundup Products within Australia between July 1976 and 4 July 2022; and
• have been diagnosed with NHL.

Alternatively, you are eligible to register if you are:

• an executor/administrator, beneficiary or a person with an interest in the estate of a deceased person who met the above criteria before they passed away; or
• a dependent of a person who currently meets or previously met the above criteria.

There is currently no deadline for individuals to register for the class action. However, we recommend that individuals register as soon as practicable so that they can receive updates as the proceedings develop.
